The “Master-Level Sud de France” program is the first qualifying training program (with exam and official diploma) on Languedoc-Roussillon wines requiring such a high level of knowledge (equivalent to level 2-3 of the WSET: Wine Spirit Education Trust of London).
This is the first official training program launched in 2012 by the Occitanie Region and Matthew Stubbs Master of Wine (Vinécole), the regional Interprofessions, such as the CIVL, the CIVR, InterOc, and the IGP Sud de France.
